The MD (Doctor of Medicine) is a degree course of 5.5 years wherein the first 1.5 years is of the Pre-Medicals, followed by 2 years of Basic Sciences..

To make students in parallel with the US curriculum, the pre-medical program is introduced to students for obtaining 120 credits that they lack to qualify for medical schools.

Basic Science program is designed to meet the health care needs of the society. Basic Medical Science program duration is of two years and with instructions at WUB campus in Barbados.

The final six trimesters of the University’s MD Program, Clinical Sciences are completed during Clinical Rotations at affiliated hospitals and clinical facilities in US & countries globally based on performance of students.
